Lisa Dawson Interiors offer a broad selection of high quality linings and interlinings and our design advisors will recommend linings based on the style of your window dressing and the look and functionality you require. Our lining selection includes cotton sateens, blackout and thermal linings in a variety of neutrals and colours. Our interlining selection includes cotton bump, domett and polyester Sarille, all in a variety of weights. Our cotton interlinings are pre-shrunk and come in both white and cream colourways. All of our linings and interlinings also come in a fire retardant finish.
Linings
Cotton sateen, neutrals
Our 100% cotton, crease resistant sateens have a weight of 135gsm and a thread count of 72 x 116. The choice of colours includes: Ivory, pearl, white and stone.
Cotton Sateen, coloured
Our 100% cotton linings have a weight of 125gsm and a thread count of 72 x 96. There are 40 different colours to choose from and we offer a complimentary sampling service.
Blackout lining
Our 3 Pass polycotton blackout lining has excellent light control and thermal and noise insulation properties and a soft handle to give a beautiful drape. It comes in pearl and white colours. We also offer the exclusive Outblack silk, the most luxurious blackout lining on the market with beatifully soft drape.
Thermal lining
Our 1 pass polycotton thermal dim out lining offers a high level of thermal and noise insulation while affording some light reduction. Like the blackout lining it has a soft handle giving it a beautiful drape. It only comes in pearl.
FR Cotton sateen
Our 100% cotton FR sateen comes in both a durable finish, (BS 5867 Part 2, Type B) and non-durable finish, (BS 5867 Part 2 before wetting). Both have a weight 125gsm and a thread count of 72 x 96 and come in colour Ivory.
Cotton Bump
A 100% cotton, pre-shrunk heavyweight interlining with a weight of 400gsm giving a fuller rounder look to edges and pleats and excellent sound and thermal properties. It comes in a natural colour.
Cotton Domett
A 100% cotton, pre-shrunk medium to lightweight interlining. Our domett comes in two weights- 270 & 160 gsm, both giving body without excessive weight and good sound and thermal insulation properties. The 270gsm comes in natural and white and the 160gsm comes in natural only.
Sarille interlining
A polyester/viscose medium to lightweight interlining which is both economical and stable. It comes in weights of 220 & 180 gsm and in white only.
FR Cotton Bump
A 100% cotton, heavy weight interlining with a non-durable FR finish , (BS 5867 Part 2 before wetting), with a weight of 390gsm and excellent thermal and noise insulation properties.
FR Cotton Domett
A 100% cotton domett, medium weight interlining with a non-durable FR finish , (BS 5867 Part 2 before wetting), with a weight of 270gsm and excellent thermal and noise insulation properties.
FR Sarille
A polyester light weight interlining with an inherent FR finish, (BS 5867 Part 2 type B), with a weight of 180gsm and good thermal and noise insulation properties.
