How to Choose the Perfect Roman Blind

Roman Blinds can be both stylish and practical and often appear the best solution for particular areas in your home. If you want as little light loss as possible, wish to make your windows look taller or have a tricky window where curtains won't work, then a Roman Blind could be the answer.

Fit up to the ceiling to maximise light and give the appearance of a bigger window

Our Made to Measure service tailors each blind to fit the window, whether it is to fit inside the recess or above it. There is a wide choice of lining options available including 100% cotton sateen, thermal or blackout lined, bonded interlined or hand interlined using a heavyweight cotton bump so whether the window is brand new or old and draughty there is a solution to suit.

Fit inside the recess to frame the blind when it is partially down

Once you have made your choice on where it is to go and what sort of lining you would like, the fun part starts. Choosing your fabric, with or without a trim! The options are practically infinate and with such a wide choice available why not visit the studio and pick out something you adore. We offer a free sampling service to help you make you choose and below we have picked out a few of our favourites to give you some inspiration. We look forward to seeing you soon.
