QUESTIONNAIRES

These forms should take around 10 minutes each to complete and will inform how we approach your project. Please be as accurate as possible because each answer will impact recommendations and design direction. You don’t need to fill in these in all at once, but as soon as possible, so we can make a start on your project.

After you’ve submitted the forms, you’re invited to send photographs of your room, including close ups of all relevant areas/items, as well as any inspiration imagery you are drawn to and would like us to use as a reference point. The more the better!

Your Style & Inspiration

This section is about establishing what you enjoy stylistically and how we can incorporate as much of your taste into your final moodboard as possible. Please add as much detail as possible so we can really get to know you.
